Well, here it does. It’s sunny and is almost 65 degrees!
That makes me happy. It also makes me want to eat vegetables! Cold weather makes it SO tempting to eat mac and cheese and pot roast (no, just me?) every day, but starting a meal with a salad with actual veggies on it (sorry, Caesar salad isn’t what I have in mind) and a light dressing kiiiiiind of makes up for some of the other caloric errors one might make at this time of year!
