I have an event after work tonight, and I’m sure you have 9,376 things to get done before tomorrow morning, so I thought I’d share with you an idea for a quick meal to make tonight.
It’s easy, healthy, and delicious!

First, make some Greek meatballs – they’re easy and so delicious!
Then, make a quick batch of hummus and tzatziki sauce.
No chick peas? No worries! You can use white beans for hummus, it’s still delicious!
Mmmmm yum. Now, cut up all the raw veggies you have in your house, and grab some bread or pita or naan or crackers or WHATEVER.
Then….serve! Veggies, meat, bread, and two dippers – everyone can make their own plate of food depending on their preferences, and each option is nice and healthy!
