I had class and got home at 8pm and was sad-clown tired, but I made it through.
In the event that you were smart enough to make the Parmesan-Crusted Fish for someone you loved last night, why not make this with the leftovers?
I chopped up the potatoes, and made a layer of them in my dish. Then I flaked some of the fish.
Then I microwaved that for a minute, and add some more dill sauce, parsley, lemon, and CRUMBLED CORN MUFFINS.
And all was right with the world.
