The great thing about the curry paste I use is that it can be used in all sorts of dishes, so why not make a meat and a vegetarian curry, and make the gravy with a combination of dairy products and tomato products?
Here’s how I make chicken curry, it’s my favorite.
Make some chick pea and spinach curry too – you won’t regret it!
Then, make some plain rice and grab some naan or whatever flatbread you’d like. Throw together some duper duper easy peasy yogurt slaw too – it takes five seconds!
