Whatcha cooking tonight?  Now that Memorial Day is over, we can take a teensy break from grilling food, don’t you think?

Here’s what I’d suggest:

Definitely saffron risotto, with some delicious and easy marinated shrimp as a topping. Use any fresh herbs that you have, too!

Serve the risotto with a roasted veggie of your choice.  Brussels sprouts, carrots…anything! Check the recipes page for more ideas – there are lots of roasted veggies under Side Dishes!

Because there is such great produce right now, I’d also start the whole thing off with a pickled onion salad – you can use whatever is in season where you live!
