Well, sort of.
I ate the equivalent of 2 meals about an hour ago for lunch, so I guess I’m not STAAAAARVING.
It’s never too early to start thinking about dinner!
Dinner is tied for first for my favorite time of the day.
Tonight for dinner, make something easy. You deserve it. You’re tired!
Make some dang Caesar dressing. It’s delicious, and you can lighten it up by using my version – add even more lemon juice if you’re in a vinaigrette mood!
I like to serve salads with some sautee’d protein – shrimp, in these photos! Turn on a pan to medium-high heat, sprinkle the shrimp with salt and pepper, and cook for 4 minutes in a teensy bit of olive oil or butter. Presto!
Toss all your favorite veggies with the dressing and heap them on a plate.
Then, top that deliciousness with some seared protein.
Then, add some grilled or toasted bread alongside all this.
