Why not make three dips, grab some tortilla chips, and call it a dang day?
Chips are healthy when paired with vegetables. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it!
First, make some peach salsa. If you live somewhere with fresh peaches, use them, and OHMYGOSH it’ll be so good.

Canned peaches work great, too, though!
Then, make some salsa.

And some guacamole!

These three are so easy to make together – all have onion, lime, and jalapeno, so you can prep all the ingredients first and mix everything all together in a hurry!

We do the same thing, only with mango (rather than peaches). YUM!
Oh em YES. I’ve seen recipes with all sorts of fruit…..I just love the sweet/salty/spicy combo! Now…teach me how to quickly dice a mango without wasting half the flesh!
I should do a video. TIP: Use a very sharp knife; a dull will not cut through the fiber of a very-ripe fruit. I was taught by a Malaysian (we lived there) this method, perhaps the link will work and you will get benefit too!
