Did it feel like a long or short week to you? Mine felt long, even though it was short, and now all I want to do is go back into party mode and make appetizers all weekend and not think about work.

I need to re-tell you about edamame hummus. It’s good.
That’s pretty much it. Really though, it’s GOOD. I’ve been making it recently with half white beans and half edamame, and the texture is SO lovely. This is a vegan appetizer, too, so it’s great for folks with all types of eating preferences!
Hummus is a great make-ahead dish, and it’s so simple – throw it all in the food processor or blender, whir away, add more olive oil until it’s nice and smooth, taste for salt, and you’re done. I love this version, and I know you will too.
