Remember when I made this sexy calamari pasta and it was wonderful and delicious and simple and you HAVE TO MAKE IT RIGHT NOW IF YOU HAVEN’T YET?

Anyway, I have the second half of the bag of calamari sitting patiently in my freezer. I need to do something with it.
I know the obvious choice is to fry it and serve it with lemon wedges or some kind of dipping sauce. And, truly, I might do that.
OR. I might not. I’m looking for something interesting and weird and cool to do with it. All I can see in some random Googles is pasta or salad, and I want MORE. I don’t have a style of cooking in mind, just something super duper cool to do with this junk.
Can you help me? Really? Tell me what you think I should do with this calamari and I’ll do it. Seriously. Or I might just make the best calamari pasta ever again.
