Let’s make soup. It’s cold, dang it.
I told you last week about this new smoky tomato soup I’m making a lot, and I made a brand new batch this morning. It’s SO easy, but really healthy and delicious. I keep it in tubs in the freezer and fridge so I can have soup all the live long day.
So, naturally, I think we should add some cheese and bread to it, yes?
Let’s make a sandwich for dunking. I vote classic grilled cheese if you’re into yellow singles, OR a tuna melt if you’re into fish. Either would be really great with the soup, and you can definitely get away with cheese and butter and bread if you eat a super light soup, right?
