I hear so many people talk about weekends where they claim to gain 10 pounds and then “make up for it” during the week.

I kind of always eat the same, so it’s a little weird for me.
I do get, though, that sometimes you’re just FEELING HEALTHY and dang it you don’t want to eat something massively heavy. Totes.
