Last night I took yoga at the hot studio where I teach, and this morning I’m teaching my first yoga class postpartum at the Y nearby.
I’m not nervous, but it’s an 8am class and Beck and I prefer to sleep until 10 because we were up alllll night so, late morning nap is coming our way later on.
During our class yesterday, though, my friend Courtney was talking about how there’s a certain feeling you get when you walk into our studio, and it’s so true – I exhale a little bit deeper every time I’m there, and I’m so glad that I’m getting to go back, even though I’m not teaching there yet.
90 Degrees Yoga, the studio in question, has been upgrading and shifting a little bit recently, and I have some free classes to give away! It’s not tricky. You tell me you want to do yoga, in the comments, on any of the social medias, in person, WHATEVER, and I’ll make it happen for you. Best blog giveaway ever, and I don’t care if 400 people ask for free yoga, I’ll figure that out when I run out of my first free allotment.

Highlights of the “regular” yoga are that it combines strength and flow with not-too-hot-heat for extra stretching benefits. There are also healing classes in warm-not-hot rooms designed to treat injuries, aid in relaxation, or just give a different flavor to your yoga. We also have prenatal yoga on Thursday nights!
The only “rule” is that the free yoga only applies to new students, buttttt if you’ve been there before and want to go again just ask, I might be able to break the rules because I love you.
