Awhile ago I made some peach salsa when I served fish tacos. It was delicious, and healthy as it was!
The problem with salsas is that they are usually eaten with salty, fatty chips – delicious, but not super duper amazing for one’s figure!
Alert – this is the last stupidly easy thing we’ll need to complete our dinner for this weekend, minus the main dish! So far we’ve made tons of easy, healthy, fresh side dishes, and this one is no different!
This is another one that can be tossed together SO quickly and is great for parties, appetizers, or to keep around for a healthy dipping option!
