Last week, in a fit of…..something….I posted some pictures of some of my favorite recent food on our Facebook page.
A fit of liking food? I don’t know.
One of the pictures that got a little bit of attention was the picture of these sweet-ass sliders that I’ve made for showers, a wedding, you name it!
They’re great, and perfect every time.
The thing is, though, that you could do SO MUCH with the pulled pork – I’d definitely make a lot of it and use it for a few weeks! It freezes REALLY well, too, so that’s even more of a reason to cook a buttload of it!
